Graduation ceremony on 2 December 2016

On Friday, 2 Dec. 2016, another ceremony was held to bid farewell to the graduates of the Master of Education degree programmes. A total of 104 graduates from the M.Ed. degree programmes in Primary and Secondary School, Realschule, Gymnasium and Special Education were bid farewell.

After Prof. Dr Kyora, Vice-President for Studies and Teaching, gave a welcoming address, Prof. Dr Ralph Schwarzkopf, Vice-Director of the Didactic Centre, congratulated all graduates. Prof Dr Dirk Loerwald, Professor of Economics Education, gave the keynote speech. Marcell Schrader, representing the student body of the Teacher Training Centre, and Aeilt Poppinga, Alumni Representative, brought the event to a close.

The musical programme was provided by singer-songwriter Philipp Kasburg and the Ossietzky percussion band.
