Regulations for the use of rooms A9, 1st floor of the Institute of Music
Proposal to receive an access card
Every student and lecturer of the Institute of Music can use the common rooms on the 1st floor of wing A9. No other persons have access to the rooms. Guests may not be brought in. The corridor can be accessed with an access pass, which is available from the on written proposal. The access pass remains valid until De-registration. The user is liable for any consequences resulting from misuse of the access pass. The must be informed immediately if the ID card is lost.

For the treatment of the music rooms, equipment and instruments:
- The windows must remain closed in the rooms.
- Smoking is prohibited.
- The equipment and instruments must be handled properly and with care.
- Access to the practice rooms is secured with an electronic door locking system. The door must not be blocked, otherwise an alarm will be triggered.
Practising on Sundays?
Practising at the weekend is possible.
Students who are in possession of an
access pass can obtain an additional pass from the porter in the canteen foyer to open
the university entrance doors.
A separate access pass and a personal
ID card are therefore required to obtain the new access pass.
However, it is essential to ensure that the windows remain closed due to residents!
