In this compact workshop, teachers will learn how generative AI can be used as practical assistance for lesson planning, material creation and didactic design - in such a way that the results are verifiable and can be used responsibly. Short inputs alternate with practical exercises and peer feedback so that you can work directly on your own examples and create concrete templates. One focus is on recognising risks such as hallucinations, data protection issues and bias and establishing appropriate testing and control procedures. At the end, you will take away a tried and tested concept that you can apply directly in your teaching.
Learning objectives:
- Basic principles of generative AI systems
- Ethical and legal risks of use
- Application of text and image-generating AI from the Academic Cloud
