From 7-9 May, Franziska Brucke and Katharina Kuhlmann took part in the ZSM methods workshop at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg. The workshop is an established format for qualitative researchers and offered space to work on their own or contributed data material, deepen methodological questions on qualitative methods and approaches and to network intensively. In addition to the working groups, formats such as "Meet the Expert", "Meet the Editor" and an exchange forum for doctoral students offered valuable impulses for research practice and academic exchange. A special highlight was also the opening lecture "Core and limits of the interpretative paradigm" by Prof.in Dr Michaela Pfadenhauer.

We are taking away many suggestions for our ongoing projects and qualification plans and look forward to the further discussions and follow-up opportunities that have arisen from the exchange!
