The OPUS training series – „Oberschulen professionell unterstützen” (Providing Professional Support to Secondary Schools) – has come to an end! Over the course of four modules, up to 60 teachers and specialist staff from Oldenburg’s secondary schools addressed pressing issues such as social-emotional learning, teaching quality, and the well-being of teachers and young people.

The focus was on applying evidence-based approaches to empower pupils and promote democratic schools. The series, developed in cooperation with Oldenburg’s secondary schools, was funded by the Lower Saxony State Prevention Council.
