As part of the UOL | RUG funding programme, Eva Kemler travelled to Groningen together with Sarah Laßmann and Teresa Sansour (Research Group on Pedagogy and Didactics in Cases of Intellectual Developmental Disabilities, with a particular focus on inclusive educational processes) to Groningen to discuss joint research perspectives with their colleagues from Groningen.
A key part of the programme was a brown-bag talk, which, thanks to the excellent organisationby Florianne Rademaker (RUG), was expanded into a small symposium on the topic of inclusive education. The participants gained valuable insights into current research projects at the Faculty of Behavioural and Social Sciences and took the opportunity to engage in an in-depth professional exchange.
During discussions on future opportunities for collaboration, numerous points of contact for joint research activities were also identified. Initial next steps have already been agreed upon to further deepen and expand the collaboration between the University of Oldenburg and the University of Groningen.
We look forward to a second brown-bag talk in Oldenburg!
