The project group builds on the highly topical subject of electromobility and develops its own innovative concepts in this area and implements them in practice. Based on existing business models (e.g. from mobile telephony), the starting point is a mobility service that includes not only electric cars and infrastructure services but also other sustainable mobility services such as train journeys, car sharing, etc. The focus is on customer relationship management, as customer acceptance and customer management are decisive parameters for customer acceptance.
