The programme combines the three modules Leadership and Communication, Recruiting and Employer Branding as well as Personnel Development and Talent Management. It provides you with comprehensive expertise and know-how in the field of human resources and key skills for management positions. The programme is completed in three semesters and concludes with the internationally recognised Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS).

Leadership and
communication

In the Leadership and Communication module, you will learn about various instruments and concepts from these areas. You will learn why deficits arise in leadership and communication, how to deal with them and what needs to be considered in SMEs and large companies. You will also learn to reflect on your own leadership and communication behaviour.

Recruiting and employer branding

The Recruiting and Employer Branding module teaches you the goals, methods and tools from these areas of HR management. It deals with current developments, measuring success and alternatives for organising employer branding and recruiting. Best practice examples ensure a high level of practical relevance.

Personnel development and talent management

The personnel development and talent management module is dedicated to the question of how employees' skills can be enhanced. The focus is on a holistic concept for talent management and modern personnel development. It also looks at the expertise of the future and developments that HR managers must not miss out on.

Who is the programme aimed at?

The programme is aimed at professionals who work in Human Resources or would like to enter this field.

You can take the modules as certified further education or as part of the part-time Bachelor's degree programme in Business Administration. A single module leads to a Certificate of Advanced Studies, while a combination of three modules leads to the Diploma of Advanced Studies. The certificates are fully recognised for the Bachelor's degree programme. So you can start your studies without enrolment!
