Iris Lüschen (née Bruns), class of 1982, studied to become a teacher at primary, secondary and lower secondary schools at the University of Oldenburg (2003–2007), followed by a teaching placement at the teacher training college in Syke (2007–2008). Since November 2008, research assistant at the University of Oldenburg, Interdisciplinary General Studies/General Education Research Group. Since October 2009, doctoral candidate at the Institute of Educational Sciences at the University of Oldenburg.
