The path to the examination administration
Since 8 December 2025, you can only access your examination and course management via EXA. To do so, use the link provided in StudIP:

The various quick links on the right-hand side will take you to the different subcategories of the examination administration section.

Here you can find details of the modules you have completed, the exams you have registered for, and information on registering for and withdrawing from exams.
View my completed achievements
Select the ‘Erbrachte Leistungen’ quick link.

Here you can view your performance data and your study history.

Exam registration in EXA
Select the quick link "My studies"

And then the option "Study planner with module plan"

Then select the degree programme in which you would like to register for an examination.

Here you have the option of displaying the examination regulations or the module plan
Please select: Show examination regulations. Here you will see an overview of all possible modules in your degree programme and, if you have already completed courses, their status:

To register for an examination, select the relevant module and open it. There you will find the examination for which you can register or deregister, if this has been set up online by the lecturers.
To do this, open the module using the arrow - alternatively, you can also use the function
at the top right.

And click on "Register"

All exams in this module will then be displayed:

Select the exam you wish to register for and click on Register. The status of this exam will then change to "admitted".
Exam cancellation in EXA
If you are registered for an examination, you can deregister or reregister from the examination during the registration and deregistration period without giving reasons.
As when you register for the exam, the possible exams in the module are displayed and you have the choice of deregistering or reregistering.

Once the cancellation period is over, you can only withdraw from the examination for good cause, e.g. illness.
Please submit a medical certificate and an informal proposal for cancellation to the Examinations Office without delay. Please use AskOne.
Draw grade certificates
Use the click link: "My studies" and the item "Achievements" will take you to your achievement overview

Here you have the option of generating grade certificates and a list of registered examinations.

Students of the degree programme Human Medicine
The services of the Human Medicine degree programme will continue to be managed in POS. All functions for these degree programmes are also unchanged in Stud.IP.
You can still access the examination administration (POS) via the following path Studies → My exams → My grades
Here you can continue to register for examinations and view your grades.
You can still reach the Student Administration (Admissions office) via the button at the top right:
I don't see any data?
If you can view your Study details via
but no performance data, please contact the Examinations Office team via AskOne.
You may be studying under older examination regulations or you may have taken an older module that is still managed in POS.
The Examinations Office team can provide you with information on this.
How do I register for the area of specialisation?
This is how students register for the professionalisation area (PB):
Call up the study planner or module plan and search for the account for the PB.
Please note: when searching, you must enter the module name (e.g. Kontaktpraktikum) or the number (e.g. 95109). The format prx109 does not work.
Click on the "Show structure" button to load and display the elements of the extracurricular PB

As this list is usually very large, it can be searched using the search field
