Internal school training - SchiLF
Independent schools have an increased need for customised system-related support services. In addition to the courses in our programme, the OFZ offers you support options tailored to the needs of your school/group:
Customised internal school training
- At your school, there is a specific need for professional development amongst the entire teaching staff or parts of the teaching staff (e.g. subject groups, year groups, steering group).
- In close consultation with you, the OFZ will draw up a bespoke professional development programme and take full responsibility for organising the event, from finding an advisor who meets your requirements to handling the administrative aspects of the event.
- If you have already found an advisor for a professional development event that you are organising yourself, but would like someone to handle the administrative aspects of the event (invitations, certificates, ensuring compliance with civil service regulations, etc.) on your behalf, we are also here to assist you in this case.
Inter-school events in the network
- Customised training courses are also possible as cross-school events. This form is particularly suitable as a grouping of small schools for the purpose of pooling resources.
- At your request, the OFZ can take over the complete organisation of the training course.
