The Oldenburg Training Centre provides a support system based on five pillars: cross-school and internal training courses, further training measures, advice and support in personnel, organisational and teaching development, project work and specialist conferences. With this broad spectrum, the OFZ aims to meet the diverse wishes and needs of individual educational specialists and teachers, educational institutions from elementary and primary level to upper secondary level and certain professional groups, as well as current educational policy and the latest scientific requirements.
