At undergraduate level, Prof. Dr Heinke Röbken and her staff teach on the single-subject Bachelor's degree programme in Education (B.A.), the dual-subject Bachelor's degree programme in Education (B.A./B.Sc.) and the Master’s programme in Educational Sciences (M.A.). Some of the teaching staff are also involved in programmes offered in the area of specialisation, in teacher-training-related educational sciences and, furthermore, in the context of advanced scientific training at the Centre for Lifelong Learning (C3L) (under a separate contractual arrangement outside their employment contract).
Teaching primarily takes place within the specialisation ‘Educational Management and Digitalisation in the Context of Lifelong Learning’. The Bachelor’s programmes address issues relating to education law, education policy and educational management (päd226, päd227, päd228). In the Master’s programme in Educational Sciences, the broad field of management and development of (continuing) education and social institutions is covered in depth (päd933, päd963, päd965). In addition, staff members regularly offer seminars to prepare for and follow up on internships (prx108 and päd962 respectively), projects during the project phase of the Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy (päd525/535), as well as supporting modules for the Bachelor’s and Master’s theses (bam and mam respectively).
A characteristic feature of the courses offered by the professorship is that the seminar programmes are largely repeated. Most courses generally retain the same name and structure from one semester to the next.
