Prof Dr Heinke Röbken and her staff teach in the undergraduate Bachelor of Education (B.A.), the two-subject Bachelor of Education (B.A./B.Sc.) and the subject Master of Education and Educational Sciences (M.A.). Some of the lecturers also work in the area of specialisation, in teaching-related educational sciences and in the context of advanced scientific training at the Center for Lifelong Learning (C3L) (as an independent contractual arrangement outside of the employment contract).
Teaching mainly takes place in the focus area "Educational management and digitalisation in the context of lifelong learning". The Bachelor's degree programmes deal with issues of education law, education policy and education management (päd226, päd227, päd228). The Master's degree programme in Educational Sciences covers the broad field of management and development of (further) educational and social institutions in depth (paed933, paed963, paed965). In addition, the staff regularly offer seminars for the preparation and follow-up of internships (prx108 and paed962), projects in the project phase of the Bachelor of Education (paed525/535) and accompanying courses for Bachelor's and Master's theses (bam and mam).
A typical feature of the courses at the professorship is the extensive repetition of the seminars offered. Most courses remain the same in terms of name or concept across semesters.
