Short description: The project aimed to investigate and visualise participation-oriented practice in the context of adults with complex disabilities. Using a multi-method research design based on the grounded theory approach, four field studies were conducted to investigate how moments of participation are constituted in the areas of work, housing and leisure. The results were translated into a practical guideline and visualised on an online platform (Qualitätsoffensive Teilhabe: https: //qualitaetsoffensive-teilhabe.de/impulse-praxis/linked/).
