Sustainable management in the food trade
The joint project "Sustainable management in the food trade - additional qualification for apprentices in the bakery and confectionery trades" (NaWiL for short) is being carried out jointly by the Department of Vocational and Business Education and the Institute for Vocational Teacher Training at Münster University of Applied Sciences and is funded by the German Federal Environmental Foundation. The aim of the project is to develop, test and establish an additional qualification for sustainable management in the food trade, which consists of five modules and is certified by the Münster and Oldenburg Chambers of Crafts. The target group is primarily apprentices training to become bakers, confectioners and specialist salespeople in the food trade from small and medium-sized craft businesses. In addition, company training staff are actively involved as learning guides.
