Paulina Kowalska
Paulina Kowalska is a research assistant and PhD candidate in the research group Environmental and Sustainable Information Systems (ESIS) at the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg.
Her research explores the role of open source software in the digital transformation of the public sector. She is particularly interested in how public institutions can engage with and support open source communities - for example, through structured funding, collaboration, or governance participation - to foster sustainable digital infrastructures in the public interest.
