Our mission

The interdisciplinary team at MedAF – the Department of Medical Education and Educational Research – focuses on strategies and concepts for competence-based training of doctors and other healthcare professionals within Speciality Group VI.

Our aim

Our central aim is to provide advisory support, research-based guidance and intensive practical training opportunities for the competence-based training of the next generation of doctors within the framework of the Oldenburg Model Degree Programme in Medicine, as well as for other healthcare professions within Faculty VI.
