Research interests
Research into subjectification in the higher education context: An investigation into how BiPoC and marginalised people are shaped by institutional power structures and how they position themselves within these spaces.
Critique of racism & decolonial theories: Critical analysis of exclusion, epistemic violence and hegemonic knowledge systems
The ambivalence of empowerment and recognition: Academic examination of supposedly emancipatory concepts and their paradoxical dynamics within the institution.
Solidarity & Practices of Resistance: Research into and communication of collective strategies for action and lived agency in theory, empirical research and university teaching.
