Hilbert Meyer passed away in December 2025. Right up until the end of his life, he was actively involved in Oldenburg, Germany and internationally in the discourse on educational theory, in school and teaching development, and in teacher training. We miss him!

Together with you, we would like to remember Hilbert, share stories, honour his work and build on his legacy. We invite you to a symposium featuring talks and formats that centre on critical, collaborative and action-oriented exchange, thereby enabling us to remember Hilbert Meyer with our minds, hearts and hands: people-oriented, thorough in his work and interested in dialogue, open to creativity and the unconventional.
