The students are also participants in the Guardians of the River project group. As part of the Master's seminar, they deal with topics that go beyond the project group. These range from ecological to technical and Computing Science problems, applications, concepts and methods that arise or are touched upon in the course of the project group and require their own discussion.

The module grade is made up of the following components:

1. Elaboration incl. literature research,
2. slide design,
3. presentation,
4. demonstration of artefacts, concepts or procedures, if applicable,
5. Active participation, attendance of compulsory dates, etc.

Realisation as required in the course of the summer semester; typically in the seminar room.
