Lebenslauf

Johanna S. Lubasch, geboren 1993, studierte im Zeitraum von 2011 - 2017 an der Justus-Liebig-Universität (JLU) Gießen den Bachelorstudiengang Ökotrophologie und an der Universität Bielefeld den Master in Public Health. In ihrem Masterstudium setzte sie ihre Schwerpunkte im Bereich der Entwicklung und Evaluierung gesundheitsbezogener Interventionen. 

Seit Juni 2018 ist sie als Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin in der Abteilung „Organisationsbezogene Versorgungsforschung“ des Departments für Versorgungsforschung an der Fakultät für Medizin und Gesundheitswissenschaften an der Carl von Ossietzky Universität Oldenburg beschäftigt. Dort promovierte sie im Jahr 2023 mit einer kumulativen Dissertation zum Thema „Organisationale Einflussfaktoren der Patient:innen-Versorgenden-Interaktion im Kontext Krankenhaus“ zum Dr. rer. medic..

Seit August 2022 ist sie als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin im Oldenburger Forschungsnetzwerk für Notfall und Intensivmedizin (OFNI) beschäftigt und setzt dort ihren Schwerpunkt in den Bereichen prä-hospitale Notfallversorgung, nicht dringlichen Notfälle und telemedizinische Versorgung.

Seit 2021 ist sie Mitglied des Deutschen Netzwerks Versorgungsforschung (DNVF), der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Medizinische Soziologie (DGMS) sowie des Deutsch Netzwerks Gesundheitskompetenz (DNGK). Seit 2023 ist sie Sprecherin der AG Nachwuchsförderung im DNVF.

Johanna Lubasch, born in 1992, studied the bachelor in ecotrophology at the Justus-Liebig-University (JLU) in Gießen and the master in public health at the University of Bielefeld from 2011 to 2017. During her master’s degree study she focused on the development and evaluation of health-related interventions.

Since June 2018 she is employed in the division of organizational health services research of the Department for Health Services Research at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at the Carl von Ossietzky University Oldenburg. There she received her doctorate (Dr. rer. medic.) in 2023 with a cumulative dissertation on ‘Organizational determinants of the patient-provider-interaction in the hospital context’.

Since August 2022, she is employed as a research associate at the Oldenburg Research Network for Emergency and Intensive Care Medicine (OFNI), where she focuses on pre-hospital emergency care, non-urgent emergencies, and telemedical care.

Since 2021, she has been a member of the German Network for Health Services Research (DNVF), the German Society for Medical Sociology (DGMS), and the German Network for Health Literacy (DNGK). Since 2023, she has been the spokesperson of the working group ‘Promotion of Young Researchers’ in the DNVF.
