Application form for OLTECH Travel grants

Travel Grant

On behalf of the Faculty V and Faculty VI, the Graduate School OLTECH offers grants for the attendance at international congresses, summer schools and lab visits.
All PhD students of the Graduate School OLTECH can apply for this grant.

Applications  for travels from January to June 2023 can still be handed in, due to the current situation (impact of the Corona pandemic) and residual funds are available. Applications must be submitted by email at least six weeks before the start of the trip.

Application deadline for travels from July to December 2023 is:
15th May 2023

To apply for an OLTECH travel grant please fill out the form and send all required documents to oltech@uol.de.
Please verify the entries before submitting them. The submitted data will be stored in an excel file.

8 Confirmation of data protection and completeness
The data processing is carried out in accordance with the data protection guidelines of the University of Oldenburg (https://uol.de/datenschutzerklaerung) in conjunction with § 17 NHG (https://www.nds-voris.de/jportal/?quelle=jlink&query=HSchulG+ND+%C2%A7+17&psml=bsvorisprod.psml&max=true).
After submitting your data via the submit button, you will receive an automatic email with a confirmation link (please also check the spam folder). The confirmation link will take you back to the UOL website to confirm the entry of your data and finally submit the form to OLTECH. We will contact you after the expiry of the respective deadlines (November 15th or May 15th).
