The BuFaTa Biology is the democratically legitimised association of all biology student councils and student council initiatives in Germany. The conference usually takes place twice a year. These have been taking place with around 100 delegates since 1979 and provide space for discussion and the development of common positions and the Germany-wide networking of students involved on a voluntary basis.
