Have competences recognised - shorten your studies
A wide range of prior learning can be credited to our part-time degree programmes. This allows you to reduce costs and time because fewer modules have to be taken. The examination is non-binding and free of charge.
What can be recognised?
As a subject or manager, you have a wide range of practical experience with different competences. You may have completed further training alongside your vocational training or acquired additional qualifications. Recognition is possible for:
- Achievements from degree programmes at other universities
- Achievements from universities of applied sciences or vocational academies
- Specialised further training and additional qualifications outside of universities
- Competences acquired through professional activities
Submit a proposal at any time
You can submit a proposal for credit transfer before, with or after applying for a place on a degree programme. Recognition is generally granted if prior learning and modules are equivalent in terms of learning outcomes, content and level. This is assessed by the examining board of the respective part-time degree programme.
