People often contact individual Student Council members verbally or via WhatsApp to raise complaints or make requests. Whilst we are here to help with your complaints, it is difficult to represent them accurately and in sufficient detail when approached in this way.

That’s why there are two options available to you:

1. Send us an email to with the subject line ‘Suggestion Box’ and a brief description of your issue. Please use this option so that we can get in touch with you if necessary.
2. Submit your concerns anonymously via our contact form below. Please bear in mind that we will not be able to get in touch with you in this case, so please describe your concerns as precisely as possible.

In all cases, we will forward your concerns anonymously to the relevant departments.
