Required technology:

Camera, loudspeaker, microphone: own laptop + all-in-one system "Meeting Owl"

Teachers connect the online participants and any guest speakers present online via BigBlueButton.

• Presentations are played via BigBlueButton. The image is transmitted to the seminar room via the projector.
• Speakers in attendance and the group of participants in the seminar room are transmitted via a MeetingOwl.
• All attendees are captured by the camera, the camera angle can be adjusted as required and an "ignore zone" can be set.
• Those present can also dial into the conference via their own end devices and mute their audio there.
• Questions from the auditorium can be understood by everyone and can be repeated by the lecturer if necessary.
• In larger rooms, the range can be increased by using additional microphones or pairing another Owl (recommended in larger rooms and if there is a lot of background noise, such as mumbling in the auditorium).
