Semantic retrieval of teaching/learning materials, with conceptual and practical work being carried out in this context. Practical work is reflected in particular in the provision of a DB-based archive and the realisation of tools for metadata management. Furthermore, the core of a retrieval system is discussed, implemented and optimised for use on electronic teaching/learning materials.

There is a continuous exchange of information with the ELAN/EPOLOS group at OFFIS and the University of Oldenburg. In this context, a practical reflection of the results of the PG's work takes place.
