Priority teaching specialisations
In methods training, we take a research-oriented approach that enables students to learn in and through the research process.
Implementation of methods training
- Research- and participant-orientated teaching (e.g. data collection and analysis in own teaching research projects)
- Staged and harmonised methods training (e.g. BA: overview and survey, MA: in-depth study and evaluation)
- Teaching of different methods (qualitative and quantitative survey and analysis methods) for all students

1st semester: paed020: "Research Methods I: Data Collection, Analysis and Interpretation in Quantitative Social Research"
(winter semester: 1 lecture, 6 seminars with quantitative components; 6 CP)
