FAQ
Would you like to take an examination with a lecturer in our field of work?
Please register online via Stud.IP for the examination in the relevant seminar(information on the registration procedure). We can then enter your grade online once you have completed and assessed your work. This is much quicker than the paper-based version with module slips, which often get lost in the post.
You want to hand in your service and don't know when?
The latest submission deadline for examinations is always the last day of the respective semester in which the associated seminar was attended. Exceptions are ASP portfolios, for which the deadline is 15 November (or 1 May for special cases with a postponement of the internship).
If you need your grade at short notice, e.g. to register for the Master's programme, you should not push the deadline!
Where is your grade? Are you wondering why your achievements have not yet been registered?
Grades are awarded after assessment of all performance and participation in a seminar. This usually takes place during the lecture-free period. If you keep to the submission deadline until the end of the semester, the assessment is often postponed until the next lecture-free period.
We kindly ask you to refrain from sending grade requests by email unless they are urgent (e.g. if your application for a further degree programme is at risk, in cases of hardship, scholarship applications).
