In teaching, we aim to train scientifically sound, reflective and capable professional special needs teachers for work in language support schools, but also in inclusive mainstream schools. Our courses combine theory, empiricism and practice and promote
- an in-depth understanding of linguistic-communicative development and learning processes
- skills in diagnostics, support and counselling
- the ability to critically reflect on inclusive educational processes
- a professional attitude that values diversity and actively shapes participation
Teaching formats include lectures, seminars, project-orientated learning as well as research and practice-based courses.
