Travelling by train
We will welcome you at the ZOB Oldenburg from 10:00 to 15:00.
ATTENTION: Please take the exit in the direction of the ZOB.
Here you can drop off your suitcases and receive your bus tickets.
From here you will take the bus to the Haarentor campus of the University of Oldenburg, where registration will take place on the ground floor of the lecture hall centre A14.
Take the bus lines 306, 310 or 350 to the bus stop Uni/Campus Haarentor.
Travelling by car
You can park your car directly at the Haarentor campus of the University of Oldenburg. Please use the underground car park of the library. The entrance is via Uhlhornsweg 55, 26129 Oldenburg.
ATTENTION: Please note the opening hours of the library's underground car park. These have been set up especially for you on Sundays.
You can leave your luggage at the registration desk.
From the underground car park of the Bibkiothek you can walk to the registration desk on the other side of the street on the ground floor of the lecture hall centre A14.
Registration
Registration will take place at the Haarentor campus of the University of Oldenburg on the ground floor of the lecture hall centre A14.
Please bring 15 euros in cash with you to the registration so that you can also secure your participation in the evening programme.
Check-In
Check-in to your hotels is not scheduled until the evening of 17 November 2022. You will be accommodated in one of three hotels. You will receive information about your accommodation when you register and on your personal BuFaK badge.
Your luggage will be delivered to your hotel for you.
