Music students rehearsing daily on campus, open band concerts in numerous pubs and well-run music schools are proof that Oldenburg is home to many talented artists. They are all looking for opportunities to perform - we have the right stage for them. The unique atmosphere, the lovingly tended landscape and the diverse design predestine the Botanical Garden to provide an extraordinary stage for a wide variety of artists from our home region.

Music in the Gardens is intended to become a regular event that creates a stage for lesser-known artists and regional music schools. The focus is on a non-competitive atmosphere - so no musical genre or talented artist was excluded. The only limiting factor was the maximum number of places available. We received a fantastic response. After just one month, all the places were taken and the waiting list grew at a rapid pace. That makes us want more!
