Education management and technologies
Develop and manage programmes and institutions
The further education programme imparts comprehensive skills for developing and managing educational institutions. The programme focuses on schools, institutions for child, youth and adult education as well as corporate education management. The programme is completed in three semesters and concludes with the internationally recognised Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS). You combine three modules to determine an individual specialisation. The following modules are available for selection:
Education management
compact
The Education Management Compact module provides you with an overview of theory and practice in the education sector. It teaches you how economic and educational requirements can be sensibly combined. You will also learn how to develop and manage programmes and services.
Economics of education
and policy
The Education Economics and Policy module focuses on the question of how public and private funds can be optimally utilised - both at a societal and individual level. The focus is on efficiency and effectiveness, autonomy and decision-making powers.
Company training management
Against the backdrop of the digital transformation of the world of work, the digital company training management module focuses on professional competence, work-integrated learning organisation and the validation of company learning. Training controlling is also addressed.
Further education and product development
The module Developing programmes professionally deals with the design of programmes that are oriented towards different living, learning and knowledge worlds. Target groups, didactic premises as well as basic teaching and learning strategies must be taken into account.
