Research projects
- Since 2011, together with Jenny Busch, responsible for the research project "On the significance of the discrepancy criterion for intelligence for the definition of dyscalculia" (DISKRE) in the research initiative "Developmental disorders of school skills" of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research under the direction of Prof Dr Grube.
- Together with the DIPF Frankfurt, the Goethe University Frankfurt and the University of Hildesheim, collaborator in the project "Differential diagnostic relevance of working memory in children with circumscribed developmental disorders of school skills" under the direction of Prof. D. Marcus Hasselhorn, Prof. Dr Gehard Büttner, Prof. Dr Dietmar Grube and Prof. Dr Claudia Mähler.

Research focus:
Causes, conditions and definition of reading and spelling difficulties. This includes, among other things:
- Phonological information processing & reading and spelling difficulties
- Developmental trajectories of children with and without reading and spelling difficulties
- Development and evaluation of support options for children with dyscalculia and dyslexia as well as reading and spelling difficulties
