On 29 and 30 October 2015, Prof. Dr Godt will once again be offering the course "Comparative Property Law" in the form of "Team Teaching". This year she will be teaching together with Prof Dr Sjef van Erp, Maastricht University. She has successfully acquired funding from the Presidential Board of the University of Oldenburg for this course.

On 9/10 October 2015, Prof. Dr Godt accepted an invitation from Prof. Dr Dan Wielsch (University of Cologne) for the "Private Law Theory Network" to the colloquium "The Core of Private Law" in Königswinter. Her contribution is entitled: "From the Periphery to the Core: 'Regulatory Property Rights' and the Reconceptualisation of Private Property and Takings", in which she deals with the current question of the conditions under which recall or regulation of modern property rights are subject to compensation.

01 Feb to 30 Sept 2015

Prof. Dr Godt was invited to the "Kulturwissenschaftliche Kolleg" of the Cluster of Excellence "Cultural Foundations of Integration" at the University of Konstanz as a Fellow from 1 Feb to 30 Sept 2015. She conducted research on modern forms of property and organised a high-profile international expert colloquium entitled "Regulatory Property - The Transforming Notion of Property and Regulation in Transnational Business" on 28/29 May 2015.
