Lecture "Pharmacy from the sea" at the conference "Droit Maritime" in Le Havre

At the invitation of his colleagues Prof J.-M. Jude and Prof N. Guillet, Prof Godt gave a lecture entitled "La Pharmacie des Fonds Marins" at the scientific (accompanying) conference on the 500th anniversary of the city of Le Havre on the subject of "Droit des Activités Maritimes et Portuaires".

Prof Godt is awarded the contract for a scientific opinion on the liability of ex-situ collections under Art. 4 of Regulation (EU) 511/2014 on the implementation of the UN Nagoya Protocol in the European Union.

In July 2017, Prof. Dr Godt is publishing a comprehensively revised second edition of the now out-of-print first edition (2010) of the popular guide "Equitable Licensing and Global Access - Licensing Policy and Contract Modules", which was produced with the support of T. Marschall. The brochure provides all those involved in technology transfer with a guide to negotiating "equitable licensing" - i.e. the results-oriented, publicly responsible licensing of research results by public research institutions to industry.
