Equal Opportunities Officer ICBM
The decentralised Gender equality unit at ICBM is committed to equal opportunities, diversity and respectful interaction in research, teaching and everyday working life. It supports the implementation of equality measures, advises on issues relating to the compatibility of academic appointments and family life, diversity and anti-discrimination and actively contributes to the further development of an inclusive organisational culture. A particular focus is also on promoting DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging): The aim is to create an environment in which all members of the Institute feel valued, heard and belong.
