USA, Carrollton: University of West Georgia
With around 12,000 students, the University of West Georgia (UWG) is a classic campus university and comparable in size to the University of Oldenburg. UWG is located in Carrollton, a small rural town with a population of around 25,000. Atlanta is only about an hour's drive away.
UWG is a popular destination for a semester abroad for Oldenburg students of economics, business informatics, English and music. Courses can only be chosen by Oldenburg students at Bachelor level.
