4 personality types
- precise, reserved, formal
- compassionate, calm, co-operative
- quick, goal-orientated, independent
- communicative, persuasive, sociable
Exercise:
1. divide into small groups
2. each small group works out possible strengths and weaknesses of the individual types of people
3. present the results in plenary
Personal communication is characterised by
