The content element "Show ex-post transparency entries" has been added to the ex-post transparency page. This displays the data in a table. The data comes from these sources (if activated, checkbox in the content element):

1. from the EDE interface
2. data entered manually in TYPO3, on the "Ex-post transparency manual data" subpage

If the manual entries are changed, the page with the ex-post transparency table updates automatically.

However, if the data retrieved from the EDE interface changes, the page does not update automatically immediately. It is updated at the latest after the next time the cache is cleared (0:00 at night) or can be updated manually using one of the following methods:

1. In the TYPO3 backend (editor interface), for the page on which the ex-post entries are displayed, clear the page cache (top right, lightning bolt icon)
2. In the "frontend" (i.e. the displayed page), perform a "hard refresh", e.g. CTRL-SHIFT-r (depending on operating system and browser)

Below the table you can see the time of the last retrieval ("Data last retrieved on").

As the ex-post transparency entries are automatically retrieved from the central electronic purchasing portal (EDE), they only need to be entered in TYPO3 in exceptional cases.

If this is necessary, the "Ex-post transparency manual data" page (folder) in the list module (see TYPO3 editor interface, left column) is used.

The entries must be given an expiry date manually ("Access" tab: "Start" and "Stop").
