Procedure for the first weeks

Goals: content level

• Technical / organisational introduction
• Overview of the structure and tasks of the student body
• Overview of the people in the student body and at the School
• Identification of opportunities to get involved

• Getting to know contact persons
• Getting to know the student representatives internally

Components

• Meetings
  • Meeting before the meeting (approx. 1 hour), e.g. going out to eat together beforehand
    • Getting to know each other for the first time
    • Introduction to communication platforms
    • Presentation of the meeting slides
    • Explanation of terms, abbreviations, etc.
  • Socialising
    • Socialising after the meeting (e.g. pub, drinking mulled wine, Christmas market)

  • Providing the student representatives with all important information via WhatsApp, etc.
