If something goes wrong, you can simply report incidents and problems to us here anonymously if you wish.
We will then investigate the matter as quickly as possible and, if you have provided your contact details, we will contact you.
If you decide in favour of the anonymous letterbox version, please describe the incident as precisely as possible, as we will not be able to ask any questions in the event of any ambiguities.
