The Safety Impact of Security

In this talk I will first give an overview of research within the subproject "The Safety Impact of Security", which is part of the research centre "Critical Systems Engineering for Socio-Technical Systems". I will then go into detail on one of the topics: the analysis of security APIs such as those used in the current Car2X security architecture and related open challenges. (The second part will be more informal.)
