Push the valve far upwards.
Throw the tyre with the second side back onto the rim.

قُم بدفع الصمام (البلف) بعيداً نحو الأعلى.
قُم بتركيب الجهة الثاتية للدولاب الخارجي على الإطار (الطارة)..
English: Push the valve upward.
Put the other side of the tyre onto the rim.

The valve is pushed far upwards.
At this point, the second side of the tyre is thrown back onto the rim
