Question 1:
- What kind of team licences
- → presumably provided by the School
Question 2:
- Are you doing the shot party with just the elected members, so about 15 people?
- → for all open events/whole student body
Question 3:
- Do you organise the events with your 10-15 people?
- → Yes for 300-500 people; depending on which clubs take on some of the tasks (cloakroom)

- Ticket sales online or only in person?
- → Online ticket sales (eventbrite), face-to-face ticket sales, box office
- → Experience shows that the distribution is 50/50
Question 5:
- Variation: 5/10-50 active people, large periodic loss. Do you also have this problem, how do you deal with it?
- → System of alumni, best to become project managers afterwards
- → appoint project managers among the elected ones → are available as contact persons
- → lots of documentation, but also coordination by those responsible

- → Keep weekly reports until documentation has taken place; weekly reminder; only then release from their organisation
