Organisational information
What is the timetable until the conference?
by 1 April 2018: Please submit your proposals for presentations and workshops. Use this pdf form, enter your details and abstracts in the form fields and send the file to gint@uol.de. Your proposal will be reviewed by a multidisciplinary programme committee.
By 1 May 2018: You will be informed about the acceptance of your contribution. If necessary, we will contact you if we recognise connections between several contributions and propose them for a workshop or a lecture group. If there are too many registrations, the quality of the contribution will be decisive. Information on hotel contingents will be passed on to you by now at the latest, but will be available on the event website www.ginttagung.de as early as possible.
From 1 May 2018: A registration mask will be activated so that you can make your personal registration for the conference and the supporting programme (dinner, selection of excursions) and receive all payment information. We will then be able to quantify the exact cost contribution for you. Travel information will be communicated and will also be available shortly at www.ginttagung.de.
from 1 July 2018: The registration form will close and the final programme will be published. A publication following the conference is planned; details will follow.
We look forward to your contributions to the conference and to welcoming you personally in Oldenburg!
Prof Dr Michael Komorek and Prof Dr Peter Röben
... for the planning team Simona Selle (GINT programme coordinator), Dr Gabriele Diersen, Annegret Jansen, Prof. Dr Armin Rempfler, Annika Roskam and Christin Sajons
When will the conference take place?
The conference will take place on Thursday, 30 August 2018 from 9 am to 6 pm, followed by a conference dinner, and on Friday, 31 August 2018 from 9 am to 4 pm. After the end of the conference, home cities in Germany are largely accessible from Oldenburg.
On Wednesday, 29 August 2018 from 2-6 p.m., we are offering excursions to networked extracurricular learning locations in the Oldenburg region as a preliminary programme; a social get-together is planned for the evening.
