Participation of classes, courses, schools
Would you like to explore topics and issues relating to climate change, its impacts and climate action in your classes and courses, and engage in direct dialogue with scientific experts?
You’ll have the chance to do just thaton 14 October 2021. On this day, pupils in Years 9 to 13 from the North-West region will be able to discuss, online and in groups organised by class or course, the dimensions and impacts of (regional) climate change, as well as societal countermeasures, strategies and concepts for meeting climate protection targets, with experts. Prior to this, from mid-September 2021, video contributions from the experts will be available to classes and courses on the password-protected website. The site also offers suggestions for teachers on how to integrate the video content into their lessons.
How can I register?
- Youcan registerfrom 31 August 2021 onwards ; please use the online registration form only. Teachers should register, stating the number of pupils taking part. When registering, you can specify your preferred events and time slots. In mid-September, you will receive re-registration information regarding your preferences and will then be granted access to the video contributions created specifically for this event.
