I clamp the workpiece in the vice. I file the curves with the file. I deburr the curves with the small file.
Medium
Clamp the workpiece firmly in the vice. File all curves up to the black mark using the large or small flat file. Deburr the curves using the small flat file.
Heavy
The Plexiglas blank is clamped in the vice and fixed in place. Use the flat file cut I and the small flat file cut II or III to remove the material up to the black mark. Finally, the edges of the curves must be deburred.
