We look forward to you joining us for an unforgettable weekend in Dangast in a holiday home right by the sea. The journey will begin on Friday at the entrance to the Süd main station at 2.15 pm. Please be there on time! Once we’ve all arrived in Dangast, we’ll cook up a delicious meal, and a special treat awaits the whole group in the evening. On Saturday, we’ll explore Dangast and then spend the afternoon on the beach. We’ll spend our final evening together in good company before heading back to Oldenburg.

Schedule O-Week 2026
On this site you can find the O-Week schedule 2026 for all new students of all physics study programs. There are also extra events organised by the university. You can find more information on it here.

O-Week Timetable
We prepared a timetable for your O-Week so that you can have a better overview. Feel free to come to our O-Week lounge every day from 9:00 to 18:00 (Friday only until 13:00). There you will be able to get to know other first semesters and people from the student council will also be there. We will have board games there for you, if you want to play games but you can also just come to chill.
Study program introduction
In the study program introductions there will be a detailed intruduction to your study program. We recomand to come to the the introduction since you will be getting important information and the slots for the basic lab will be distributed there. After every indroduction there will be a campus tour.
