On this site you can find the O-Week schedule 2026 for all new students of all physics study programs. There are also extra events organised by the university. You can find more information on it here.

During the entire O-Week, you can meet us in the O-Week Lounge to ask questions or just chill out. We have set up sofas, tables and chairs here and will provide you with free snacks and reasonably priced drinks. We also have some games on hand.
The O-Week Lounge is the ideal place to get to know other first-year students and the Student Council and, in particular, to spend time between different events.
We prepared a timetable for your O-Week so that you can have a better overview. Feel free to come to our O-Week lounge every day from 9:00 to 18:00 (Friday only until 13:00). There you will be able to get to know other first semesters and people from the student council will also be there. We will have board games there for you, if you want to play games but you can also just come to chill.
In the study program introductions there will be a detailed intruduction to your study program. We recomand to come to the the introduction since you will be getting important information and the slots for the basic lab will be distributed there. After every indroduction there will be a campus tour.
